This is a deep-dive. More so than setting goals, we’ll determine what kind of life you want to live and then design goals that align with that vision. From there, I’ll design daily micro-actions that are aligned with those goals. As you complete your daily rituals, I’ll be your daily accountability coach. I’m holding your hand the entire time through this 21-day program.
2-hour on-boarding session on day one. 1 hour session on days 7, 14 and 21. Daily commitment between 5 and 25 minutes required by participant.
