Nestled at the eastern gateway to Little Saigon in Westminster, California, the Bolsa Row project is a captivating mixed-use destination, where the architecture pays homage to the grandeur of Vietnam's French Colonial heritage. With broad arcades, inviting storefront windows, and charming sidewalk seating, it evokes scenes reminiscent of the heart of Old Saigon.

AFMKTG undertook a transformative mission to curate the branding and a comprehensive leasing deck for Bolsa Row Terrace, the restaurant and retail portion of this real estate development project. This visionary project, when complete, will span 6 acres, and will host 200 luxury apartments, 45,000 square feet of synergistic retail and restaurant spaces, and a 149-key full-service Wyndham Grand Hotel.

The Bolsa Row logo takes inspiration from the iconic Ben Thanh Market clocktower, a symbol deeply rooted in Vietnam's history.

With strategic input to the presentation of renderings, brand assets and leasing information, AFMKTG was able to infuse a creative touch that truly elevated a standard leasing deck to give potential renters the vision of the lifestyle and potential of this project, poised to leave an indelible mark on Little Saigon and beyond.
