Known for their extraordinary custom Homes such as VM001, which has set the record for highest home price in Las Vegas history at $25 million, Blue Heron has a revered reputation for excellence in every facet of their business. AFMKTG was tasked with developing a brand mark and identity for Oasi, their latest collection of modern homes.

Because this collection of homes is located on property that is rumored to be the original oasis that Las Vegas was built on, this brand exudes a spirit of legend and lore. The founder’s family even has a legendary history as prominent figures throughout the storied past of the city.

Through the brand mark, we encompassed the style of vintage Vegas glamor and the founder’s family ties to the city while upholding the prestige, sophistication, and innovation reminiscent of the firm’s design philosophy. 

The chosen logo mark was inspired by 60’s sophistication, a little bit of mystery, and script reminiscent of iconic vintage brands like Cadillac and Chevrolet. The logo mark is intentionally flourished and embellished - just like any good legend should be.

Brand communication through website copy, direct mail campaigns, Google ads, and signage exuded the same vintage spirit as the logo mark for a cohesive brand image.
